By accessing or using PRISM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PRISM is a free tool that helps Magic: The Gathering players manage shared cards across multiple Commander decks using a sleeve marking system. The Service allows you to:

  • Create and manage deck lists
  • Generate sleeve marking guides
  • Export data for personal use
  • Optionally sync data across devices with an account

3. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you create an account:

  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The PRISM application, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any deck lists or data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Third-Party Content

Magic: The Gathering card names, images, and related content are property of Wizards of the Coast. Card data and images are provided by Scryfall under their terms of use. PRISM is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast or Scryfall.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to the Service
  • That the Service will be error-free
  • That data will never be lost

We recommend regularly exporting your data as a backup.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the Service.
